From the lowliest rightblogger all the way up to Stephen Harper, the hate that Conservatives have for Canada is palpable. Moose and Squirrel couldn't have said it any
plainer. While "you won't recognize Canada when I'm through with it" from the man himself is a shade or two more grey than M&S's proclomation, the malicious intent couldn't be more clear.

To be fair, I've felt a little disgusted with my fellow citizens and our political system from time-to-time.
From a different perspective mind you. Sounds like they're upset about a miscarriage of justice that they believe is systemic.
I'm not interested enough in what a blogging tory thinks to bother researching it, but to each their own.
I have to say that I'm beginning to hate this country as it goes further to the right.
If Harper gets his majority, I can honestly say that I hope the Parti Quebecois get rid of that shrew La Marois come April 15 (her leadership confidance vote amongst PQ delegates) and get their shit together and prepare for sovereignty. A sovereign Quebec on some levels has always given me jitters, but I really don't have the stomach for a Harpercon majority.
At this point Canada makes me sad and disappointed. But that's about it. I don't even hate the USA. If we are going to feel animosity to anyone in this country it should be towards ourselves for letting it get from us.
