Funny how Harper wants to destroy hard-working, capitalist pot growers while courting commies in China. You remember China don't you, the Conservatives' former "Red Menace"?

Canada and China are currently negotiating a foreign investment and protection agreement that will "set the ground rules for those who want to invest in China" and for Chinese companies that want to do the same in Canada, he noted. 

The agreement would also establish a set of rules for resolving disputes when Canadians invest in China, added Fast, the minister for international trade and the Asia-Pacific Gateway. 

"We're hoping to complete those negotiations soon, and if that happens, I think it will increase investment in both of our countries in a very significant way," Fast said.

As we march back to the 50's, our dear leader has a new world order up his sleeve. Canada? Hell, you won't recognize the world after Harper is through with it.
