While I applaud the Liberals and their defence of the CBC, I am a little taken aback by the slogan they're employing. I realize the Liberals are being inclusive but not everyone will see it that way. Critics will surely jump on the 'our' reference to point and say, look the CBC really is Liberal.
Never mind, go here to sign the petition to show support for the broadcaster.

Well, the CBC really is Liberal and that has been evident for years. Regardlss, while i'm not in favour of shuting down the CBC as a public broadcaster, why in the world should they not participate in the endeavour to produce efficiencies to the same extent as other departments. Why are Liberals for example not requesting Indian Affairs or National Defence be spared? This is merely political grandstanding.
I stopped watching CBC news long ago because of its Conservative bias. Evan Solomon and all those righties are just political grandstanding for their party. Now add O'Leary and Cherry to the mix, it's just Sun News with a different name.

hahaha you have got to be kidding!even my calling the CBC Liberal is farther right than the reality. Only Hugo Chavez would consider the CBC right of center.
