Oh Man! That picture looks like it was ripped out of some John Wayne, spaghetti western b-movie with all its' cheesiness. It's fitting for Steve Harper.
Harper is so out of touch, Billions for Prisions, a hundred billion for boats and F35, but for $2.5 Billion we could have 160KPH rail between Montreal and Toronto, and why not between Edmonton Calgary and Vancouver Whistler. http://www.thestar.com/opinion/editorialopinion/article/1071421--high-speed-train-stuck-in-station
