Brian Lilley: "Tough year for state broadcaster"

Judging by Lilley's employer's ratings, I'd say his statement is more than a little ironic, especially when you consider that Sun TV News serves at the exclusive pleasure of the ruling Conservative party. Plus, its ratings are in the toilet.

But I guess 'tough' is a relative term.
