So....what are you saying? What will a million dollars do and for what?...a million dollars is a spit in the bucket....but then a million dollars could be given out to the retired people of this country who were not able to avail themselves CPP...hmmm that wouldn't be much shared would it? Or...the million dollars could be used to begin an OAS fund. It's the politics of the Chinese supposedly giving Canadians two pandas that needs to be addressed. it is so very political on the part of the Chinese. So Toronto and Calgary will not be able to cover the costs of the pandas? it won't be cheap to go see them that is for darn sure....but then Canadians are rich aren't they? Double edged sword here.
anyong...the count is actually $6 million, and that's just what they're telling us. 6 million here, 6 million there, and pretty soon you're talking big money, but whatever... I suppose some of that will be made back via admission fees to whatever zoo they're going to. Reminds me of the Thai white elephant story though.

And only a million bucks a year to rent them......!
So if we sell oil to China, is it still "ethical oil"?
And another $1 million over 5 years to feed them.
