Harper has been caught, cheating his last election win. He has blamed his robocalls, on a young staffer. He also campaigned over Calgary radio, on ELECTION DAY, no, no, no, not permitted. Harper also had a many times convicted, American felon working for him. By so named Bruce Carson, and gee whiz, Harper didn't know about that either.
